Therapy 

At Hic Rhodus Psychology, I offer a range of evidence-based therapies to help you overcome the challenges you're facing and achieve your goals. My approach to therapy is based on the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and change. Through a collaborative and non-judgmental approach, I aim to help you gain insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop the skills and strategies you need to lead a more fulfilling life.

If you're struggling with the aftereffects of trauma, such as intrusive memories or anxiety, one of the therapies I offer is Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  EMDR is a therapy that can help you process traumatic experiences and reduce their impact on your daily life. EMDR is a powerful therapy that can help you desensitize the emotional intensity of traumatic memories, and reprocess them in a way that allows you to heal.

In addition to EMDR, I also offer other therapies, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which can help you develop coping skills and strategies to regulate and manage mental health symptoms.
